Australian court recently passed order saying Facebook & Google to share revenue with news media companies, as they earn money because of them but don’t share any revenue. Then of course lot of news media is unable to charge for digital/subscription & shutting down. We need independent news media to keep check and now Google will fund news media, one wonders how will they decide whom to fund etc.
